General Policy

A valid debit/credit card is required to secure your reservation at Fairhaven B&B in NOTTINGHAM. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 12:00 BST mid-day, 3 days before your date of arrival. Cancellation policy not applicable to NON REFUNADBLE RATES.If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
The Fairhaven reserves the right to use the provided credit/debit card to make the
reservation for the following reasons:

- Charge refundable deposit /first night stay/
-Any property damage or loss in the room or on site. Items such as towels, bedspreads etc. are also included.
-As mentioned above there is also a £100 charge for smoking in the room or anywhere inside the building.
-The single room (En-suite and standard) are SINGLE OCCUPANCY only and no additional guests are allowed to stay the night. In case such event takes place, the guest will be asked to either vacate the room, provide extra payments or both.
Check-in from 3 pm-10 pm /We can't guarantee early or late-night check-in outside these hours/
Strictly NO SMOKING anywhere in the building- in shower rooms or hanging out of windows. If evidence of smoking is detected, you will be asked to immediately vacate the premises. An additional charge will be made for professional cleaning of the room. /£100/and flat fees per next day rate if the room can't be used.
There is no lift on the premises. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional services with mobility issues or other disabilities that might restrict guests from walking up the stairs.
